Check in age requirement Need to be 21 years of age or older to check in.
Internet WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking Free parking available for hotel guests
Pets Pets are not allowed.
Children and extra bed policy Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit / Incidentals of USD 75 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full. If chosen to put $75 on credit card or debit card, it will be released back on the card in full amount but may take 7-10 business days depending on the policy of a card company or the bank. Deposit amount will be released back in full in it’s original form, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation & Prepayment Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day of arrival.
- Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more before 4:00 PM CST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 4:00 PM CST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.
Pre-authorization Preferences
- I pre-authorize guests' credit cards before arrival for all policy types.
- I hold Total amount on guests' credit cards.
- I pre-authorize guests' credit cards after free cancellation ends.
